Join us for Left Right Left Run Club!
This is a free, friendly & casual running group. We meet every week at the brewery to run (or jog or walk) a 5K around midtown Sacramento. The route always starts and ends at At Ease Brewing Co. Each week, we post a longer route (around 5K) and a shorter route (around 2 miles) - choose whichever one meets your needs. The routes will be detailed each week before we take off.
We welcome all skill levels and participants get $2 off all pints, all night, at At Ease Brewing Co.
We ask that all participants sign a waiver the first time you join us!
SAFETY NOTES:
Runners must sign liability waiver & agree to follow all City of Sacramento pedestrian laws.
We discourage headphones, earbuds or AirPods while running.
Always stop at stop signs and red lights.
Cross in designated crosswalks when available.
